Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS)

It is open to children between the ages of 3 years and 6 years (Grade 0)

“The youngest children lead us to the deepest mysteries of our faith”, these are the words of Dr. Sofia Cavalletti, who with Gianna Gobbo discerned and began a “long work” observing children seeking a liturgy that would serve their needs. From this was born the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS). The scriptures are central to CGS.

This liturgy is very rich, and the work takes place in the “Atrium”.

Registration Fee: R150

Registration Fee is payable all through December and January between the 8 am and 10 am masses. Fees are payable in CASH. No deposits to the church bank account as this increases administrative activities for the Parish Secretary and the Catechetical Coordinator.
