RCIA is a process whereby adults are introduced to aspects of Catholic beliefs and practices.

RCIA is intended for:

  • Adults who wish to convert to Catholicism,
  • Adult Catholics who never received the Sacraments of Baptism, Communion and/or Confirmation,
  • Adult Catholics who just want to learn more about their faith.

The program runs for a year, starting just after Easter one year, and ending at the Easter Vigil Mass the following year.

Our program consists of a meeting every Monday evening from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm in the St Francis Room. This meeting entails instruction / input / doctrine based on the four main chapters of The Catechism of the Catholic Church:

1.The Profession of Faith

2.The Celebration of the Christian Mystery

3.Life in Christ

4.Christian Prayer
